Kaka back to Ac Milan?

Kaka's agent has confirmed talks about a potential move back to Ac Milan. Galliani is looking for a one year loan deal (similar to Shevchenko) and have an option to buy out clause.
To get this deal through a few important things have to be consider,
first Kaka's current salary is 10 Million per year, too high for Ac Milan's economic situation. Galliani is looking for 5 million per year for Kaka.
Also the transfer fee will be difficult for Ac Milan to afford, Real Madrid is asking for 25 million but Galliani knows he is not able to pay out that amount.

Galliani willing to payback to disapointed Ac Milan fans

"Milan are very willing to reimburse those who do not feel at all satisfied with the recruitment campaign carried out by the club this summer,"
Fans have been very upset with the clubs actions in the transfers of our two best players. It has been stated by the club that they will stay and Galliani and company has assured fans that our best players won't leave. Many fans has been very upset by this and felt betrayed by the club.

Pre season: Trofeo TIM

Ac Milan started off their preseason campain with Trofeo TIM with teams such as Juventus and Inter. A great way to start off the preseason against top teams to see where Ac Milan stand. Though it is only friendly games we could see that we need plenty of improvements before the season starts. Two loses and only goalscorer in those two games was El Shaarawy.
Some players hasn't come back from holidays yet but a few more quality players needs to be brought in to strengten the team.

Official: Ibrahimovic to PSG

Our best player from last season has now officially announced his arrival to PSG. Sadly to see great players like Ibra and Thiago Silva leave.
Good luck to both of them at PSG!
We will never forget what Ibra and Thiago Silva has done for the club!

Will now celebrate together in another team

Gabriel - New Brazilian goalkeeper

Gabriel, the new signing from Brazil is relative unknown for many Ac Milan supporters. I found a video which gives us an idea of his good goalkeeping.
One thing though, he needs to work more on his positioning, other than that he looks like a future Julio Cesar! Lets hope we see this young man in action this season!

Kevin Constant talking about Ac Milan

"I know that I am here because of Muntari's injury but I still want to play and win. I will give 100 per cent for the team. Now I have to prove that I am as good as my team-mates. I will try my best,"
"I am ready. I have to play with lots of personality, give 100% and even more. It is important for me to show that I want to stay here.

"My dream came true when I came here, the competition is so high but I am ready to play and fight for my place. You have to be perfect here at Milan and I will have to work harder than ever."

Kevin Constant also mentioned what he thought about the recent news about Ac Milan selling their biggest stars.
"We all know that Ibra and Thiago Silva are world-class players, but if they go then other players will arrive to replace them.

"The French league is a lot more physical compared to the Italian league, where tactics are more important, but it is growing. If they do go to the Ligue 1 then it will a positive experience for them."

Replacements?

Now that we lose Thiago Silva and Ibra (99% done deal) we lack top class players. Yes we have Pato, but last season he was injured for the most parts and has probably lost a lot of his capacity. Also it seems like he will be gone for a while again when he got injured with the Brazilian national team. I don't really know what to expect of Pato next season but if I was Galliani I wouldn't put too much hope on Pato.

The backline looks very, very weak. The current back line up would probably look like this:
Abate - Mexes - Acerbi - Antonni
Looks more like a lower teams back line up than a top teams.
What options are there?
Well it won't be easy to replace one of the best defenders in the world. A good central defender is also very very expensive and Berlosconi don't seem like he is willing to spend a lot of money. At the moment I am very scared about the backline and fear that our defence will let us down next season. Are we really going to be able to compete with Juventus and Inter with the current back forth? I dont think so.

Upfront it looks brighter but not a lot better. If we see how all the strikers except Ibra performed last season we need improvements upfront. Robinho needs 10 chances to score one goal and Pato the glass man easily gets injured. El Shaaraway is young and shouldn't be put under plenty of pressure. I see Cassano as more of a playmaker than goal scorer. A top striker is needed to survive next season. Maybe Dzeko is an option.

Galliani and Berlosconi needs to make a move an it better be soon!

Official: Thiago Silva joins PSG

Ac Milan released an official statement to confirm to transfer of Thiago Silva.
"AC Milan has officially sold Thiago Silva to PSG"

Many fans feel sadness but also anger against Galliani and Berlosconi.
Around this time last week they said Thiago Silva would stay at Ac Milan for the rest of his career after rejecting an offer from PSG. We all know that Galliani is one of the biggest liars in the whole world but I didn't think he would actually sell our best player and future captian.

Ibra seems to be joining Thiago Silva and PSG too in the next few days.

Forget CL Galliani!

Suicide: Ibra and Silva to PSG?

PSG sporting director Leonardo has confirmed that they are in talks over the Sweden international, and a meeting with Raiola will take place shortly.

"Yes, we are negotiating and we also spoke yesterday in Sweden, We will soon meet with Raiola and then we will see what can happen.

"At the moment everything is possible, because the transfer market is like that - it's always open. The deals can only be considered done, when they are in fact done."

Many rumors has gone around all day and Berlusconi has even confirmed according the media that he has sold our precious star players.
The agent, Raiola has said that the deal is not done yet and they are still negotiating.

Berlosconi and Galliani, I don't know what these two men are doing, I have respected them for their work for their club and I was hoping of a new rise of Ac Milan dominating football.

At the moment the future looks very, very bad. Berlosconi and Galliani are taking the club apart in pieces.
If Silva leaves, who are we going to replace him with? I just looked at the current backline and it was hard not to cry, that is how bad the defence will be if Silva leaves.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic is a world class striker, one of the best in the world and he has carried Ac Milan on his shoulders for a two seasons he has been here. Two great leaders and players are about to leave and I don't see any player at the moment who can replace them.

Don't leave!
This can be the end of Ac Milan's years as a top club. Do the right thing Berlosconi and show that the love for the club is more important then money.

Back up for Ibrahimovic is needed

Ibra's back up?

Ibra # 2?
We only have a one big and really physical striker in our squad, Ibra. Last season this was noticable when Ibra was away that we need someone upfront who can hold the ball within the team and score. Maxi Lopez was signed but then later on Galliani decided not to sign him on a permanent deal. A decision which I don't really understand because Maxi Lopez did it well when he got the chance and showed that he could replace Ibra. According to reports lately, Dzeko and Carrol has been mentioned as back ups to Ibra, two physical strikers who are very strong and tall just like Ibra. A signing of one of them would be good but I think Galliani would prefer Dzeko. While we are talking about tall strikers, why not Adebayor from Man City? I think he would be a good option too.

First day of the season!

All Milan players came back from holidays (except the players from Euro cup and Pato/Silva will not arrive until August because of Olympics) and are getting ready to start off the season. The new arrivals Traore, Constant, Acerbi were presented. Many fans were there to welcome to players back! Ac Milan have the best fans in the world!

Traore about his arrival to Ac Milan

Traore after his first day at the club:
"I was surprised by the wonderful welcome from everyone. It is a dream come true to play here and now I want to repay that faith on the pitch,"
"It has been said that in Italy there is a more defensive style of football played, but I disagree: there is much more space than in France.

"I hope to demonstrate my talent here. I have been compared to Patrick Vieira, who at Arsenal showed his ability to perform both in defence and attack.

"I am a versatile midfielder, I have been accepted well by everyone. Being here is already a dream, now I am think about getting on the pitch.

"My team-mates who speak French are helping me in these days to understand the drills, but I will soon understand everything myself."

Welcome to Ac Milan Traore! I am looking foward to see you in action!

2011/2012 players evalutation

Before the season starts tommorow I have done a evalutation of all the Ac Milan players during the 2011/2012 season.

1- Worst season ever
2- Horrible season
3- Bad season
4- Bad season but contributed something
5- Ok
6- Good!
7-Great!
8- Top class
9- World Class
10- One best players in the world

Goalkeepers:

Cristian Abbiati

Overall, good season from the veteran. As usual, mix good performances with less good performances but Abbiati was getting more even when it got to the end of the season.
7/10

Marco Amelia

Back up keeper to Abbiate. Played a handful of games in Serie A but was convincing every time he got the chance. Good back up goalkeeper.

6/10

Defenders:

Alessandro Nesta

Another great season by Nesta, it is sad that he is getting to the end of his career because I am going to miss Nesta’s great defending. A living legend.

8/10

Thiago Silva
Silva is getting better and better every season. This season he has shown what he can perform which has made many clubs interested in buying or Thiago. After a slow start to the season, Thiago play better and so did the rest of the team and it was unfortunate that he got injured in the most important part of the season. If he had not been injured, I am sure we would have won something this season.
9/10

 Philippe Mexes
Had a good first season, some games he does it really well but some games he does it really bad. Mexes needs to work on keeping his fine form throughout the season. He has the potential but is very uneven. Mexes is going to be the one who replaces Nesta and he needs to step up his game.

6/10

Luca Antonini
Antonini is both a right back and left back and this season he has been used on the left wing. Antonini can play very well, but tend to leave plenty of space behind him when he attacks. He needs to work harder. The best memory of the season was his game against Barcelona in the first leg (quarter finals) when he defended excellently.
6.5/10
Daniele Bonera
Bonera has played more than he thought he would this season. He has been a good back up for Thiago/Nesta but as many other defenders he can be good in one game and then be a different player in the next game.
6/10
Mattia De Sciglio
Mattia is a man with the future ahead of him. He hasn’t played many games this season but made a very impressive game against Inter. A hope for the future.
No rating
Mario Yepes
Yepes was good last season and this season he hasn’t played as much as he would have wished. A good back up though with experience. Signed an extension to his contact with one year.
6/10
Gianluca Zambrotta
Zambrotta is at his end of his career where he was getting slower and slower and we could all witness the end to Zambrotta. Has plenty of experienced which has saved him from embarrassing performances. Should have done better.
4/10
Ignazio Abate
Abate had a good season. Good defending but his attacking quality is lacking. Didn’t produce much upfront but was very even in the back. His form went down a bit in the end of the season.
7/10

Djamel Mesbah
Mesbah, who was signed by Galliani in winter transfer market. Mesbah did not live up to the expectations and has been a disappointment in many Ac Milan’s point of view. Clearly not ready to play as a left back for one of the biggest clubs in the world. The game against Arsenal (2nd leg) summarize Mesbah time in Ac Milan. A good goal against Juventus saves him from getting a one in the rating.
2/10

Taye Taiwo
Didn’t live up to the expectations. I thought better of him before he arrive at Milan. He was sent on loan to England after just seven games and that says everything.
2/10

Midfielders:

Massimo Ambrosini
Massimo Ambrosini Review UEFA Champions League Quarter Finals : AC Milan vs Barcelona in San SiroMassimo has as usual worked very hard in the midfield. His age is high but he keeps battling hard on the field, but it is noticeable that the veteran is getting older when his speed is decreasing.
6.5/10

Alberto Aquilani
Huge expectations of Aquilani this season but he didn’t live up to them. Had some impressive performances in the beginning of the season but it was seen that he was too uneven in many games, his form went down due to injury problems. Ok season by Aquilani.
5/10

Kevin Prince Boateng
Prince had a good season. Best performance of the season must have been the game vs Lecce, where he scored three goals when Milan went 3-0 down in the first half. Many injury problems prevented him to show us his best, but when he played he was great! Memoral goal vs Barcelona.
7.5/10
Urby Emanuelson
Urby played a little every where this season but while Prince was injured he got to play in the offensive midfield role where he at the start played well. Then, as many other Ac Milan players, he was too uneven at times and was put on the bench again. Overall I liked Urby’s performance this season. He is an important squad player.
6.5/10

Mathieu Flamini
Well, Flamini has been injured for the most part of the season. He is a good midfielder but he only played two games in Serie A throughout the season. He got an extension so he can prove what he can do.
No rating

Gennaro Gattuso
Poor Gattuso, I missed his tackling and hard game. He didn’t play much at all and it is a shame that he will leave us now. I really would have loved to see him just one last season. His season got destroyed by serious injury problems.
No rating

Alexander Merkel/ Strasser:
Injured after his first game and missed the rest of the season. Same for Strasser, injured for the most part.
No rating
Sulley Ali Muntari
I didn’t know what to expect out of Muntari but he was really impressive during the season and was very important for our midfield. Good spring season Muntari!
7.5/10
Antonio Nocerino
Wow, I didn’t expect his player to be so good! Great first season by Nocerino who shocked most of us Milan fans. Second best goal scorer of during the season says it all. Keep it up Nocerino!
8.5/10
Clarence Seedorf
Seedorf worked hard as usual, but the war horse is getting slower and slower. Still, his touch of the ball is of world class and I am proud to have had a player like Clarence Seedorf in our team. A legend who I will never forget. Grande Seedorf!
8/10
Mark van Bommel
Van Bommel who is a warrior on the field did it really good this season. Injury problems on him made his final performances less impressive but had a good fall season. Thank you Van Bommel!
7.5/10

Forwards
Antonio Cassano
Cassano, the crazy genius was going to show all of us this season that he could be the best. Unfortunately, he got a very serious injury which prevented him from doing that. Cassano is still an amazing player and almost every game he played during the season, he showed us what an amazing player he is. Many assist and important in the attack.
8/10

Zlatan Ibrahimović
Ibra was our best player last season. Top scorer of Serie A and he carried the team on his shoulders for the most parts of the season, but one player can’t do everything. Ibra is an a player Ac Milan need to keep to win titles. A true winner.
10/10!
Filippo Inzaghi
Inzaghi is getting to his age now and injuries where getting at him throughout the season. His pace is not there anymore. A wonderful ending to his Ac Milan career with a goal.
Thank you Inzaghi for all the years and goals.
No rating
Maxi López
Maxi came in as a replacement for Cassano and did well some games. He didn’t get many chances but scored two good goals during his time in San Siro.
5.5/10
Pato
Let’s forget about the 2011/2012 season Pato! Many, many, many injuries throughout the season and barely played during the fall season. A season to forget for Pato but during the fall he didn’t have many impressive performances when he played. Only one goal in the league.
5/10
Robinho
14 goals last season and I thought Robinho would go for 20 this season. I am sure he would have hit 20, if it wasn’t for all the horrible misses during the season. His sharpness disappear from last season and I hope he finds it again because I can’t stand watch him miss more chances like he did this season.
4/10

Stephan El Shaarawy
El Shaarawy, a young man with a huge potential who joined Ac Milan from Genoa. El Shaarawy played very mature but lacked his sharpness in front of goals and I think he could have scored more. He will learn though and become better! A man for the future!
6/10

Ac Milan intrested in Dossena

Representative Roberto La Florio confirmed that negotiations have taken place, and it is now up to Napoli.

“I spoke to Napoli, and they have had a chat with Milan, but Dossena’s contract lasts until 2014 so it is up to them,” he told Sky Sport 24.

“If Napoli decide against keeping him then a new scenario will open, especially considering we are talking about an experienced player who plays in the delicate position of left-back – and players of his type are difficult to find in this market.”

Dossena would bring experience to the team, at the full back positions we need a more experienced player.

Seedorf arrives at his new club

Seedorf gets a huge welcome by his new fans! Over 2000 people came to welcome Seedorf at the airport. Grande Seedorf! Good luck and make your new fans love you as much as we do!

Mesbah set to join Torino

Mesbah's goal vs Juventus

According to reports, Torino are close to signing Mesbah for €1.7m in a co-ownership deal. Mesbah who joined Ac Milan in January this season hasn't been to succesful as Galliani and fans hoped. Though, his highlight was his goal against Juventus. That is one memory I will carry of Mesbah.
It is not official yet, but 95% sure. Good luck in Torino Mesbah and keep scoring goals against Juventus!
